My name is Jesse F. Josserand. This is a brief of my personal situation.

I was laid off from my last good job a year ago May. The next decent thing
I had lined up was a contract in New York to start the week of the attacks
last September and which vanished with those attacks.

In December of 2000, my wife was attacked by dogs in Corpus Christi while
visit her Daddy who had developed cancer (and who died Friday a week ago
(8/9/02). She had to have 2 surgeries on her right hand as a result of
those dogs (3) that attacked her.

Then, in May of 2001, while on her way into an H.E.B. to pay bills there in
Corpus Christi for the home I was renting there for her (we actually live in
Houston), she fell in the parking lot on some bad concrete, hit the curb
across her chest, jammed her right elbos and tore her right shoulder rotator
cuff. She had surgery for that in August of 2001 and that surgery was
significant since the doctors could not do the usual micro-surgery due to
bone cysts where they'd normally tie things to. Thus, they ahd to completely
open up her shoulder to do repairs. Once she'd healed enough from those
surgeries to get her shoulder wet again, she went out to the pool at our home
in Houston (Cypress, actually) and fell on the wet deck (due to rain) and
broke her right ankle. The bones would not set correctly after a month of
attempts by the doctors and so had to be rebroken and a plate with 7 screws
put in. She continues to suffer from that since now the screws and plate
appear to be coming apart. She is also suffering from the chest injuries
(from the fall at H.E.B.) which were never addressed by the shoulder doctors.

We lost all insurance last year in November (cars, health, home-owner's,
business).

Washington Mutual foreclosed on us and sold our home here in Cypress in April
in the middle of the mold claim we had (that was filed last September after
many plumbing leaks, 3 floods and one tornado all since 1998 when we bought
the home).

State Farm stopped paying on that mold claim in May of this year (2002) and we
are still in the insurance house, but are being sued for eviction and go to
trial in 5 days.

The attorney we'd gotten ([names withheld for fear of reprisal, but available
directly if you call me]... basically ambulance chasers by their own words)
have blown us off today (8/22/02). They had taken the dog case, the shoulder
case (happened at an HEB parking lot in Corpus), and the mold case and had led
us to believe we had good cases. Now they tell us that while we have good
cases, there's not enough money in it for them and/or the cases no longer meet
their 'profile' of cases they handle.

In addition, I am (and the internet school that my children attend is) being
sued by a competitor that is 1/3 owned by the guy who started the school my
kids are in. His name is Frank McCollum. The school he closed (and that is
suing us) is called Internet Home School (IHS). He had caught his partners in
IHS in embezzlement last December 2001 and so closed it and invited me to
start a new venture with him in January 2002. The new school is called Red
Oak Academy (www.redoakacademy.com). The old school, IHS, was reopened by
those same embezzlers and they are suing us saying we stole their content,
website, and customers... even though they are being sued for credit card
fraud by parents and even though the man who started the new venture with
me (Frank McCollum, a good Christian man) has proof of their embezzlement.

Now in addition to all that as confusing as it sounds, the IRS is coming after
us (although, hallelujah, they seem to be willing to work with us to release
our debt to them... we'll see).

Also, last year, since I had no income to speak of, I have lost 2 cars through
repossession and need a good vehicle to drive. I've lost 2 homes (the one in
Corpus Christi and the one in Cypress) and will in 5 days from today (8/22/02)
need a place for my and my wife and two children (girl, Misty, 14 and boy,
Timothy, 15) to live and will need internet access so they can continue to go
to school.

I need work, money, insurance, etc. for my family as well. As you'll see from
the signature section on my email to which this is attached, I am a Sr. Unix
Sysadmin, an Oracle database and applications DBA and expert at website design
and E-Commerce using PHP, MySQL, HTML, Javascript, etc.

I have sent countless resumes and had many interviews, but with the number of
people on the street from Compaq, Enron, El Paso Energy, Arthur Andersen and
the like, the competition for positions is great. I used to travel 100% of
the time from 1997 until may last year and that allowed me to make an average
of $125/hour per project, but with my wife's condition, I must remain in
Houston or move the family to the next job wherever it is.

I am without funds and am driving an old Intrepid with over 100,000 miles on
it. It is an uninsured vehicle with bad bearings that wobbles all the way down
the road so much my wife fears everytime we get in it that the wheels will
fall off. This makes it even harder to find a job.

Please pray for us and help in any way you can. My wife is a bookkeeper, an
office manager, and willing to work even though she's not supposed to drive.
I need a good job and money to feed my family and move to another home. We
also need that other home wherever God may have it for us, but don't have
money for deposits, phone, utilities, internet (for my kids school access),
etc. at this time.

HELP, Please, if you can!
